His coaching style leverages his natural warmth, curiosity, deep listening skills and insightfulness to quickly connect with and understand his client’s unique needs. Larry serves as a facilitator, accountability and thought partner during each coaching engagement.
Larry partners with businesses and individuals to help them examine the gap between where they are and where they want to go, discovering viable options and developing measurable plans to get there. He combines this with a solution and action-oriented approach so that his clients can see and feel that they are moving forward in the right direction.

Larry Fleisher’s professional career journey began as a Psychotherapist working in the Community Mental Health field until he decided to make a career transition to Human Resources. His career spanned leadership positions with a large health care institution, and various senior HR leadership positions with a large government contracting corporation.
Larry holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and has earned multiple coaching, HR, and assessment certifications.
