Founder and Principal
Tomi Fadeyi-Jones is a seasoned Human Resources (HR) leader and practitioner with over 20 years of experience in multiple industries with varying organizational structures. She is known for her ability to partner with her clients as a trusted advisor and coach. With her unique mix of visionary, strategic, operational and analytical expertise, she has built her career helping business and HR leaders creatively solve human capital challenges.
Tomi’s areas of expertise include organization design and structure, performance and talent management, compensation, diversity, equity, and inclusion, process improvement, learning solutions and workforce planning.
Tomi holds a graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA), and undergraduate degrees in Human Resources and Marketing. She also holds executive certificates in Strategic Change Management and Leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Tomi is actively engaged in her community, schools, and social action. She serves on the Board of Directors for Horizons Greater Washington (a nonprofit organization designed to empower economically disadvantaged students to realize their full potential) and Patients for Affordable Drugs (the only independent national patient organization focused exclusively on achieving policy changes to lower the price of prescription drugs).
