Jaime Craig is a well-rounded Human Resources leader and business partner with over 20 years of experience in the aerospace and IT defense industry. She is valued for her ability to partner with clients from the C suite to the manufacturing floor as a trusted advisor and coach. Jaime can quickly move from strategic to operational and has an analytical eagle eye. She has solidified her career helping leaders and employees solve business and people challenges.
Jaime’s areas of expertise include Decision Based Data Analytics, Talent Management and Selection, HR Integration, Employee Engagement, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, Executive Coaching, and Performance Management.
She holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Human Resources. Jaime is certified by HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, by the EEAC as an Equal Opportunity Professional, and as an Executive Coach by the Center for Inquiring Leadership.
When away from the office, Jaime enjoys spending time with her son and watching him play and compete in various sports. She prefers to engage in her community through education by serving in leadership positions with the local Parent Teacher Association.
