Tomi Fadeyi-Jones has been a leader and practitioner in all HR functions with over 20 years in the field. She has worked with a myriad of companies, in multiples industries with varying organizational structures and believes that HR works best as an integrated part of the business operations. Tomi brings her years of experience, in addition to her unique and diverse personal background, to each engagement and infuses it into the recommendations and counsel she provides.
Tomi’s areas of expertise include organization design and structure, performance and talent management, compensation, diversity, equity, and inclusion, process improvement, learning solutions and workforce planning.
Tomi holds a graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA), and undergraduate degrees in Human Resources and Marketing. She also holds executive certificates in Strategic Change Management, Leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Employee Wellness and Stress Management.
Tomi is actively engaged in her community, schools, and social action. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and she serves on the Board of Directors for Horizons Greater Washington (a nonprofit organization designed to empower economically disadvantaged students to realize their full potential) and Patients for Affordable Drugs (the only independent national patient organization focused exclusively on achieving policy changes to lower the price of prescription drugs).
